How to make Chimichurri Steak and Potatoes
5 ingredient Chimichurri Steak and Potatoes
- 2 lbs Diced Potatoes
- 4 lbs Flank Steak Seasoned
- 2 tbsp Chimichurri
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Garlic Powder
- Add all ingredients to slow cooker
- Cook on low 8-10 Hours
- Remove Potatoes and add garlic, salt, and olive oil to taste
- Mash your potatoes
- Shred Beef
- Serve and Enjoy!
This recipe is the perfect recipe for freezer meal prep. Simply add all the ingredients into a freezer-gallon bag. Make sure to label the bag before adding in your ingredients, as to make it super easy to write. Then, take as much air out of the bag as possible, and seal it.
Be sure to write the expiration date on the bag, up to 6 months from the day it is prepped.
