- 1-2 Lbs Meatballs
- 14.5 oz Full Fat Coconut Milk 1 can
- 2 Tbsp Curry Paste
- 6 oz Tomato Paste
- 1 Lemon Juice Zest and Juice of 1 Lemon

Cooking Instructions
- Add all ingredients to slow cooker
- Cook on low for 4 hours
Freezing Instructions
- Label your gallon bag with recipe instructions and expiration date
- Add all ingredients to a gallon ziplock bag
- Remove as much air as you can, and seal bag
- Freeze for up to 6 months
This recipe is super easy to prep for being a freezer meal. Simply write the recipe on your gallon freezer bag, and add the expiration date for 6 months from the day you prep. Add all ingredients to the freezer bag. Get out as much air from the bag as you can, and seal the bag tight.
Put in the freezer for up to 6 months. When ready to make, take it out the night before, and allow the freezer bag to thaw overnight. Add into crockpot the next morning and enjoy!
This recipe is simple to make from your freezer. If you weren’t able to thaw out beforehand, simply put the freezer bag under some running water for a few minutes.
