Step 1
Clean your berries
Make sure to wash those cranberries. Pat and dry your cranberries after washing with paper towel to be sure they are dry and ready for step 2.
Step 2
Lay out on Parchment paper
Now lay out your dried cranberries on a parchment paper cover baking sheet (with a lip on the side).
Step 3
Flash freeze
Flash freeze your cranberries by sticking the baking sheet into the freezer for 1-2 hours.
Step 4
Place in Freezer bags
Remove your frozen craberries from the freezer and measure them out into quart size freezer bags.
Step 5
Place in Freezer
Place your bags of cranberries in the freezer and use them when ready.
