- 1 Slow Cooker
- 4 cups Frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 box Yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter melted
- Vanilla Ice Cream
- Add berries and sugar into slow cooker and stir.
- Evenly distribute dry cake mix over mixed berries.
- Melt butter and drizzle over cake mix. Do not stir.
- Cover and cook on high for 2 ½ – 3 hours. (Topping should be cooked through and golden)
- Serve warm or cold with ice cream.
- Use a gluten-free Box Cake Mix
- Replace 1/2 cup butter with 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
