- 1 gallon freezer bag
- Slow cooker/Grill
- 4 Chicken breasts Boneless/Skinless
- 1 Large onion sliced
- 4-6 Cloves Garlic Peeled and Whole
- 1/3 cup Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Dried oregano
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 1 tsp Rosemary
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- French bread
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes diced
- 1/2 cup Sliced Kalamata olives diced
- 1/2 cup Feta cheese crumbled
- 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon juice Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
- Prepare a gallon freezer bag, labeling according to your preferred method.
- Add all ingredients, except serve with, into the freezer bag. Optional: Prepare the topping, and store in an airtight container in the fridge, within 5 days of enjoying this dinner.
- Seal bag, remove as much air as possible, freeze for up to three months.
- Thaw freezer bag in fridge for 12-24 hours before cooking.
- Dump the contents of the freezer bag into a slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
- Remove chicken, slice and serve, top chicken with topping and some bread on the side. Enjoy.
- Thaw freezer bag in fridge for 12-24 hours before cooking.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from freezer bag and place on grill. Cook for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally until chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Serve, top with topping and bread on the side. Enjoy.
- Dump the contents of the freezer bag, plus ½ cup water, into the Instant Pot.
- Set to High Pressure for 15 minutes, then allow a 10-minute natural release followed by a quick release.
