  • 14.6 oz Coconut milk can, full-fat
  • 14.5 oz Diced tomatoes can
  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp Curry powder
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 1 tsp Coriander
  • 2 tsp Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 Yellow onion diced (about 1 1/2 cups)

  • Prepare a gallon freezer bag, labeling according to your preferred method.
  • Add all ingredients to the freezer bag.
  • Seal bag, removing as much air as possible, and freeze for up to three months.
