How to Freeze Avocado

Can you freeze fresh avocados?

Absolutely! Avocados freeze great and can be used in so many different ways.

...the right way. Using one of these 4 methods.

Method #1

For smoothies and baking, freeze your ripe fresh avocados sliced. Makes them super easy to use once frozen.

Method #2

When you're on a time crunch, freeze your avocados whole either peeled or unpeeled. It's all up to you.

Method #3

Half your avocados and freeze them for easy access to your fresh ripe avocados.

Method #4

This is the best method of freezing peaches for baby food or overly ripe avocados. (FREEZER HACK: Freeze Avocado Puree in ice cube trays). ????
