- 56 oz Diced tomatoes 2 (28 oz) Cans
- 14.5 oz Tomato Sauce Can
- 14.5 oz Chicken broth Can
- 2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Onion powder
- 1 Red bell pepper Diced
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Raw honey
- 1 bunch Fresh basil Diced
- 1/2 cup Heavy cream
Prep/freezer directionsLabel freezer bag, according to preferred method.
Add all ingredients, except fresh basil, and heavy cream, to labeled freezer bag.
Seal bag, remove as much air as possible and freeze for up to three months.
Slow Cooker directions: No need to thaw, recipe can go straight from freezer to slow cooker.
Dump contents of freezer bag into slow cooker.
Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
Blend tomato soup until smooth, then stir in fresh basil and heavy cream.
Serve - Optional: Garnish with fresh basil
