  • 9X13 Casserole dish glass or aluminum
  • Aluminum foil
Ingredients
  
  • 2 lbs Brussels sprout halved and trimmed
  • 12 Bacon slices cooked and roughly chopped
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese
Sauce ingredients:
  • 2 cups Heavy cream
  • 4 tsp Garlic powder
  • 4 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Black pepper
  • 4 tbsp Tapioca starch
  • pinch nutmeg
Instructions
 
Prep/freezer directions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F
  • Label a 9x13 casserole dish according to your preferred method.
  • Cook bacon for 17-20 minutes in preheated oven, then roughly chop.
  • Mix sauce ingredients together.
  • Add Brussels sprouts and bacon to 9x13 pan. Pour sauce over Brussels sprouts and bacon, then stir until combined.
  • Top with cheese, cover, and freeze for up to three months.
Oven cooking directions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F. 
  • Remove bacon and Brussels Sprout Gratin from freezer and cover with aluminum foil.
  • Place in preheated oven and cook for 40 minutes.
  • Remove from oven, allowing to rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
Dietary Adjustments

Gluten Free: This recipe is naturally gluten free. 
Dairy Free: Eliminate 2 cups mozzarella cheese (Or substitute with dairy free mozzarella alternative)
Replace 2 cups heavy cream with 1 can Full-Fat Coconut Milk.
