  • 1 Slow Cooker
  • 1 gallon freezer bag
Ingredients
  
  • 1.5-2 lbs Stew beef or Beef chuck roast
  • 1/2 lbs Petite yellow potatoes
  • 12 oz Frozen green beans 1 bag
  • 8 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
Instructions
 
Prep/freezer directions
  • Label gallon freezer bag according to preferred labeling method.
  • Add all ingredients into a labeled gallon freezer bag
  • Store in freezer for up to three months.
Slow cooker directions:
  • Thaw overnight in the fridge ( Meal may not be 100% thawed, but that is ok)
  • Add freezer bag contents into slow cooker.
  • Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
  • Serve! Optional: Garnish with parmesan and fresh parsley!
