Spicy Shrimp Fajitas Freezer Meal

Since they’re prepared in advance, our fajitas are on hand to be the dinnertime superhero you’ve always dreamed of, exactly when you need them.

  • 1 gallon freezer bag
  • Large deep baking pan
  • Parchment Paper
Ingredients
  
  • 1 lb Frozen shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 Bell peppers
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 tbsp Taco seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
Instructions
 
Prep/freezer directions:
  • Prepare a gallon freezer bag, labeling according to your preferred method.
  • Add all ingredients to the freezer bag, seal and shake to fully coat ingredients.
  • Reseal bag, removing as much air as possible, and store up to three months.
Oven cooking directions:
  • Preheat oven to 400F.
  • Cover a large, deep baking pan with parchment paper. Dump freezer bag contents onto the baking pan.
  • Cook in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
  • Serve as tacos or a burrito bowl and enjoy!
