  • 1 gallon freezer bag
  • 1 Slow Cooker
Ingredients
  
  • 3 lbs Chuck roast
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp Coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Dried parsley
  • 1 tsp Dried dill
  • 1 tbsp Dried onion flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp Sea salt
  • 8 Peperoncini
Day of Cooking:
  • Chopped basil garnish
Instructions
 
Prep/Freezer Directions:
  • Label gallon freezer bag according to your preferred labeling method.
  • Add all ingredients to a labeled gallon freezer bag.
  • Store in the freezer for up to three months.
Slow Cooker Directions:
  • Thaw overnight in the fridge for 12-24 hours before cooking.
  • Add freezer bag contents into the slow cooker.
  • Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
  • Shred beef, stir back into the sauce.
  • Stir and Serve: Garnish with fresh basil
