Beef and Broccoli Freezer Meal Recipe

Instructions
Prep/Freezer Directions:
Prepare a gallon freezer bag labeling according to your preferred method.
Add all ingredients, except day of cooking ingredients, to the freezer bag. *
Seal bag, removing as much air as possible, shake to evenly coat, and freeze for up to three months.
Slow Cooker Directions:
Thaw freezer bag in fridge 12-24 hours before cooking.
Dump the contents of the freezer bag into a slow cooker.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
Shred beef and stir in fresh broccoli, then cook one additional hour on low.
Stir, serve over rice, and if desired, garnish with chopped green onions.
Notes
*I do not recommend freezing the broccoli or using frozen broccoli for this recipe, for best results use raw fresh broccoli when cooking.
