8 oz Rigatoni pasta 16 oz Alfredo Sauce jar Water fill jar of Alfredo sauce with water and add 2 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Black pepper 1 cup Parmesan cheese shredded 2 cups Mozzarella cheese shredded 3 cups Rotisserie chicken

Prep/freezer directions: Label a 9×13 pan/casserole dish according to your preferred method.
Shred your cheese and remove 2-3 cups of meat from a rotisserie chicken. Reserve 1 cup parmesan and 1/2 cup mozzarella.
Mix everything together, except reserved cheese, in the 9x13 dish.
Top with reserved cheese, cover, and freezer for up to three months.
Oven cooking directions: Preheat oven to 400F.
Remove Chicken Alfredo Bake Casserole from freezer and ensure covered with aluminum foil
Place in preheated oven and cook for 50-60 minutes.
Uncover and cook an additional 10-15 minutes
Remove from oven, allow to rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
Optional: Top with fresh herbs to make it pretty.
