Chicken Alfredo Baked Pasta Freezer Meal Recipe

1 9x13 oven and freezer-safe casserole dish
Cover for casserole dish (aluminum foil works great)

Ingredients

1 lb Ziti or Penna Pasta Gluten-Free
2 cups Rotisserie Chicken chopped

Sauce Ingredients:

15 oz Alfredo sauce Gluten-Free
sauce jar full of water
1 cup Water
1 cup Ricotta cheese
1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper

Instructions

Prep/Freezer Directions:

Label 9x13 Pan/Dish with recipe name and cooking directions according to your preferred label method.
In a large mixing bowl, mix together sauce ingredients.
Add pasta, and chicken to 9x13 pan, pour sauce over and stir until everything is combined.
Cover and freeze for up to 3 months.

Oven Cooking Directions:

Preheat oven to 400F
Remove chicken Alfredo baked pasta from freezer and place in preheated oven covered with aluminum foil. Cook for 40 minutes.
Uncover and cook an additional 20-30 minutes.
Remove from oven, allow to rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
