Cut into 1-inch cubes 2 tbsp Olive oil 2 tbsp tapioca flour 2 cups yellow onion diced 1 bay leaf Sauce (Blend together) 3/4 cup chicken broth 13.6 oz full-fat coconut milk can 6 oz Tomato paste can 1/2 tsp ground ginger 2 tsp Garlic powder 1 tbsp Garam masala 1 tsp turmeric 1 tsp Cumin 1 tsp Paprika 1/2 tsp Cinnamon 2 tsp Salt 1 tsp black pepper Day of cooking 12 oz bag cauliflower rice 1 bunch Fresh Cilantro 1 lemon (Garnish)

Freezer Prep Directions Prepare a gallon freezer bag, labeling according to your preferred method.
Blend sauce ingredients together in a food processor or high-speed blender.
Add chicken, olive oil, and tapioca flour to the gallon freezer bag and shake. Then add the sauce, diced onion, and bay leaf.
Seal bag, removing as much air as possible, and freeze for up to three months.
Slow Cooker Directions Thaw freezer bag in fridge 12-24 hours before cooking.
Add the freezer bag contents to a slow cooker plus 1/2 cup of water.
Cook on low for 3-4 hours
Stir and serve over cauliflower rice. Top with fresh chopped basil or parsley.
