Italian Sausage and Peppers Freezer Meal Recipe
There is nothing better than juicy Italian Sausages mingling with colorful bell peppers, bathed in savory spices that burst with flavor. This dish isn't just a meal, it's a taste sensation that will have your family coming back for seconds ( and maybe even thirds)!

1 gallon freezer bag
1 Large Deep Sheet Pan
Parchment Paper
- 2 lbs Italian Sausage
- 3 Bell peppers sliced
- 1 Red onion sliced
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
Prep/freezer directions:Prepare a gallon freezer bag, labeling according to your preferred method.
Add all ingredients to the freezer bag, then seal and shake to fully coat ingredients.
Reseal bag, removing as much air as possible, and freeze for up to three months.
Oven Cooking directions: Thaw freezer bag in fridge 12-24 hours before cooking.
Preheat oven to 400F
Cover a large deep baking pan with parchment paper. Dump freezer bag contents onto baking pan.
Cook in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes.
Remove, let rest 10 minutes, serve and enjoy! Optional: Top with sun-dried tomatoes.
