Here is an easy, freezer-friendly meal that's packed with bold flavor. These Jalapeño Beef Tacos are the perfect make-ahead dinner for chaotic nights. Tender shredded beef with pickled jalapeño's, onions, and spices create this mouthwatering base for delicious tacos.

Equipment
  • 1 gallon freezer bag
  • 1 Slow Cooker
Ingredients
  
  • 2-3 lbs Beef chuck roast
  • 28 oz Pickled Jalapeño's can
  • 1 Large Onion diced
  • 2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
Serve with:
  • 6-8 Tortillas
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese shredded
  • Your favorite taco toppings (optional)

Prep | Directions
  • Prepare a gallon freezer bag, labeling according to your preferred method.
  • Add all ingredients, except serve with ingredients, to the freezer bag. 
  • Seal bag, removing as much air as possible, and freeze for up to three months.
Slow Cooker | Cooking Directions
  • Thaw freezer bag in fridge 12-24 hours before cooking.
  • Dump contents of the freezer bag into the slow cooker.
  • Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
  • Shred/break apart beef and serve in tortillas with cheese. 
  • Optional: Top with your favorite taco toppings.
