1 Slow Cooker
2-3 lbs Beef chuck roast 28 oz Pickled Jalapeño's can 1 Large Onion diced 2 tsp Garlic powder 2 tsp Ground cumin 1 tsp Oregano 2 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Black pepper Serve with: 6-8 Tortillas 2 cups Cheddar cheese shredded Your favorite taco toppings (optional)
