2 lbs Beef Chuck cut into chunks 5 Carrots cut into chunks 3 Potatoes cut into chunks 1 Onion large and chopped Blend together 2 tsp Garlic powder 2 Habanero peppers chopped(adjust to taste) 2 tsp Ground allspice 1 tsp Thyme 1 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Black pepper 2 cups Beef broth 2 tbsp Tomato paste Serve with 2 cups Uncooked rice, cook according to package before serving
