Korean Bulgogi Freezer Meal Recipe
With a few minutes of prep work, this recipe can be prepared ahead of time raw, stored in the freezer for months, and brought out when you are in ned of a quick, delicious meal.

  • 1 gallon freezer bag
  • 1 Slow Cooker
Ingredients
  
  • 1 lbs Beef chuck roast
  • 1/2 cup Tamari
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Pear sliced
  • 2 Green onions chopped
  • 1 tsp Ground ginger
For Serving:
  • 2 cups Rice, uncooked
  • Sesame seeds (Garnish)
Instructions
 
Prep/Freezer Directions:
  • Prepare a gallon freezer bag, labeling according to your preferred method.
  • Add all ingredients, except for serving ingredients, to the freezer bag.
  • Seal bag, removing as much air as possible, freeze for up to three months.
Slow Cooker | Cooking Directions:
  • Thaw freezer bag in fridge for 12-24 hours before cooking
  • Dump the contents of the freezer bag into a slow cooker.
  • Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
  • Shred beef and serve over rice.
