1 gallon freezer bag
- 2 lbs Flank steak
- 3 lbs Petite Yellow Potatoes 2 (1.5lbs) bags
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Chimichurri Sauce
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder
Prep/freezer directions: Label gallon freezer bag according to preferred labeling method
Add all ingredients to a labeled gallon freezer bag.
Store in the freezer for up to three months.
Slow cooker directions:Thaw overnight in fridge (meal may not be 100% thawed but that is ok)
Add freezer bag contents into slow cooker.
