- 2 lbs Flank steak
- 3 lbs Petite Yellow Potatoes 2 (1.5lbs) bags
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Chimichurri Sauce
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder
For serving- Additional Chimichurri Sauce

Prep directions: Label gallon freezer bag with recipe cooking directions.
Add all ingredients to a labeled gallon freezer bag.
Seal bag, removing as much air as possible, and freeze for up to three months.
Slow cooker directions:Thaw freezer meal in the fridge for 12-24 hours before cooking.
Dump the contents of the freezer bag into a slow cooker.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Shred beef, or cut against the grain, serve with additional chimichurri sauce and enjoy.
Optional: Mash up cooked potatoes and season with salt and pepper to get mashed potatoes as your side!
