  • 1 gallon freezer bag
  • 1 Large baking pan with lip
  • Parchment Paper
Ingredients
  
  • 4 Sweet potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 4 cups Broccoli florets
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Chili powder
  • 2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Prep/Freezer Directions
  • Prepare a gallon freezer bag, labeling according to your preferred method.
  • Add all ingredients to the freezer bag, then shake the bag to coat.
  • Seal bag, removing as much air as possible and freeze for up to three months.
Oven Cooking Directions
  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Cover a large baking pan with a lip with parchment paper. Dump the contents of the freezer bag onto the baking pan.
  • Cook in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  • Stir, then cook for an additional 25-30 minutes, until sweet potato is tender when pierced with a fork.
