1 gallon freezer bag
1 Slow Cooker
2-3 lbs Beef chuck 1 Onion diced 2 Carrots sliced 2 Stalks celery sliced 1 tbsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Thyme 2 Bay leaves 1 1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Black pepper 3 oz Tomato paste Day of Cooking: 3 cups Beef broth Gluten-Free

Prep/Freezer Directions: Prepare a gallon freezer bag, labeling according to your preferred method.
Add all ingredients, except for Day of Cooking ingredients, to the freezer bag.
Seal bag, removing as much air as possible, freeze for up to three months.
Slow Cooker | Cooking Directions Thaw freezer bag in fridge for 12-24 hours before cooking.
Dump the contents of the freezer bag into a slow cooker, add 3 cups beef broth.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Shred beef, stir and serve over mashed potatoes.
