29 oz chickpeas cans, drained and rinsed (2x 14.5 oz cans) 1 cup brown lentils 1 full-fat coconut milk 1 cup onion diced 2 tsp garlic powder 1 1/2 tsp ground ginger 1/2 tsp celery seed 2 cups spinach 4 cups chicken broth 2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1 tsp ground cumin 1 tbsp Garam masala 2 cups carrots shredded 1 red bell pepper diced

Freezer Prep Directions: Prepare a gallon freezer bag, labeling according to your preferred method.
Add all ingredients, except spinach, broth, and coconut milk, to the freezer bag.
Seal bag, removing as much air as possible, and freeze for up to three months.
Slow Cooker Directions No need to thaw, recipe can go straight from freezer to slow cooker.
Add freezer bag contents into slow cooker, plus 14.5 oz can coconut milk and 4 cups broth.
Cook on low 6-8 hours.
Stir in spinach and serve.
