1 gallon freezer bag
1 Sheet pan deep
Parchment Paper
2-3 lbs Chicken breasts cubed 1-inch 12 oz Frozen green beans bag 10 oz Grape Tomatoes or Cherry tomatoes 3 tbsp Olive oil 1 tbsp Salt 1 tsp Black pepper For serving: 1/2-1/3 cup Gluten Free Pesto Trader Joes has an amazing vegan pesto

Prep/freezer directions Prepare a gallon freezer bag, labeling according to your preferred method.
Add all ingredients, except the pesto, to the freezer bag.
Seal bag and shake to fully coat ingredients.
Reseal bag, removing as much air as possible, and freeze for up to three months.
Oven cooking directions: Thaw freezer bag in fridge for 12-24 hours before cooking.
Preheat oven to 400F.
Cover a large, deep baking pan with parchment paper. Dump the contents of the freezer bag onto pan.
Cook in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
Let rest for 10 minutes before stirring in pesto.
Serve and enjoy!
