  • 2-3 lbs Chicken breasts cubed 1-inch
  • 12 oz Frozen green beans bag
  • 10 oz Grape Tomatoes or Cherry tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
For serving:
  • 1/2-1/3 cup Gluten Free Pesto Trader Joes has an amazing vegan pesto

Prep/freezer directions
  • Prepare a gallon freezer bag, labeling according to your preferred method.
  • Add all ingredients, except the pesto, to the freezer bag.
  • Seal bag and shake to fully coat ingredients.
  • Reseal bag, removing as much air as possible, and freeze for up to three months.
Oven cooking directions:
  • Thaw freezer bag in fridge for 12-24 hours before cooking.
  • Preheat oven to 400F.
  • Cover a large, deep baking pan with parchment paper. Dump the contents of the freezer bag onto pan.
  • Cook in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
  • Let rest for 10 minutes before stirring in pesto.
  • Serve and enjoy!
