🥥 Coconut Milk: Blend coconut meat and water together, and then strain the mixture to create a rich and creamy coconut milk.

🌿 Hemp Milk: Blend hemp seeds with water and strain the mixture to create a nutty, earthy milk.

🥣 Oat Milk: Blend soaked oats with water, and then strain the mixture to create a creamy, slightly sweet milk.

🍚 Rice Milk: Blend cooked rice with water, and then strain the mixture to create a thin and slightly sweet milk.

FULL RECIPE 👉 Healthy Sloppy Joes (Whole30 Version)

Ingredients:
2 lb ground turkey
1 small yellow onion diced
1 red bell pepper diced
1/2 cup shredded carrots

Sloppy Joe Sauce (Blend Together):
6 oz tomato paste
2 Medijol dates
2 tbsp chili powder
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp celery seed
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp mustard powder
1 tsp salt

Slow Cooker Instructions:
1. Add sauce ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. (You may have to scrap sides once or twice).
2. Add all ingredients to slow cooker (do not stir)
3. Cook on low 5-6 hours.
4. Once cooked, break up the meat in the slow cooker and stir.
5. Serve over cauliflower rice (for whole 30) or in bun of choice.
