Ingredients

  • 2 Lbs Chicken Thighs
  • 1 bag Diced Frozen Peppers and Onions
  • 2 Packages Fajita Seasoning Mix
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese
  • 16 oz Pasta Noodles Cooks preference

Cooking Instructions

  • Add to Crockpot, all ingredients except the pasta noodles.
  • Cook on high 4 hours
  • Add 16 oz of pasta and cook on high for an additional 30 minutes.

This recipe can easily be made into a freezer meal. Write the recipe and expiration date on a gallon zip lock freezer bag. Simply add in the chicken thighs, the diced frozen peppers and onions, the package of Fajita seasoning mix, and cream cheese into the freezer bag.

Remove as much air as possible, and seal tightly. Save the pasta separate, to be added on day of cooking.

This recipe is super easy and enjoyable to make. Simply add in the ingredients to your slow cooker or crockpot, leaving out the pasta to be added in later.

The chicken thighs, peppers and onions, seasoning packet, and cream cheese will cook on high for 4 hours. After four hours, add in the pasta, stir, and cook on high for 30 additional minutes. Simple and delicious. Enjoy!
