Banana Bread Bites Freezer Snack Recipe
These Banana Bread Bites are the perfect make ahead snack recipe. They have all the flavor and texture of traditional banana bread that you love in bite-sized form, making them a perfect addition to a lunch, snack, or a cup of coffee or tea.
Equipment
- 1 gallon freezer bag
- 1 High speed blender
- 1 Large bowl
- 1 Mini muffin tray
Ingredients
- 2-3 Ripe bananas
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Olive oil
- 3/4 cup Brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
Instructions
Prep/Freezer Directions
- Prepare a gallon freezer bag, labeling according to your preferred method. the ribs.
- Add Banana Bread Bites to gallon freezer bag.
- Store in freezer for up to three months.
Oven | Cooking Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Add all ingredients, except flour, into a high-speed blender and blend.
- Pour out batter into a large bowl and fold in flour.
- Pour batter into mini muffin tray.
- Cook for 13-16 minutes.
- Allow mini bites to cool, and then freeze.
For Serving:
- Remove as many bites as desired for a snack from the freezer bag, then place remaining bites back in the freezer. Enjoy!
