- 2 cans Chick Peas 14.5 oz
- 1 cup Green Lentils
- 1 can Full Fat Coconut Milk 14.5 oz
- 1 cup Onion diced
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Celery Seed
- 2 cups Spinach
- 4 cups Chicken Broth
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 tbsp Ground Turmeric
- 1 tbsp Garam Masala
- 2 cups carrots shredded
- 1 Red Bell Pepper diced
Freezer Directions
Label a gallon freezer bag with recipe name and cooking directions. Add all ingredients, except the broth and coconut milk, into a labeled gallon freezer bag. Seal bag, removing as much air as possible, and freeze for up to three months.
