  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 Onion diced
  • 2 Carrots diced
  • 2 Celery stalks diced
  • 14.5 oz Diced tomatoes can
  • 2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
Day of Cooking:
  • 4 cups Beef broth gluten free
For Serving:
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Potato Chips gluten-free
Instructions
 
Prep/Freezer Directions:
  • Prepare a gallon freezer bag, labeling according to your preferred method.
  • Add all ingredients, except for day of cooking and for serving ingredients, to the freezer bag.
  • Seal bag, removing as much air as possible, freeze for up to three months.
Slow Cooker Directions:
  • Thaw freezer bag in fridge for 12-24 hours before cooking.
  • Dump the contents of the freezer bag into a slow cooker, add 4 cups beef broth. (Do not stir).
  • Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
  • Break up beef, stir and serve. Optional: To individual bowls add in desired amount of cheddar cheese and potato chips.

  1. Dump the contents of the freezer bag, plus 4 cups beef broth, into the Instant Pot. 
  2. Set to High Pressure for 20 minutes, then allow a 10-minute natural release followed by a quick release. 
  3. Break up beef, stir and serve. Optional: To individual bowls add in desired amount of cheddar cheese and potato chips.
