Whisk together sauce ingredients and pour 1/3 into a small bag, then place inside a quart sized bag.
Add all remaining ingredients into labeled gallon freezer bag, shake to fully coat ingredients.
Place quart freezer bag containing sauce into gallon bag.
Seal bag, removing as much air as possible, and freeze for up to three months.
Oven cooking directions:
Thaw freezer bag in fridge 12 -24 hours before cooking.
Preheat oven to 400F.
Cover a large deep baking pan with Parchment paper. Dump freezer bag contents onto baking pan, set sauce packet aside. Lay out salmon, and surround with brussels sprouts.
