How to Reheat healthy Thai Chicken curry leftovers?

This recipe is reheatable on the stovetop, or in the microwave. If you are planning to use the microwave, be mindful of overheating, as this is what will change the texture and flavor of your second round of tasting. Heat in short spurts of 30-45 seconds, stirring between each interval.

If you wish to reheat on the stovetop, give your skillet a splash of broth of water to prevent sticking. Place desired amount of leftovers on the skillet, and stir occasionally to ensure even heating throughout your dish. Serve when recipe is sufficiently reheated.
