  • 1 High speed blender
  • 1 Silicone popsicle molds
  • Optional: Popsicle Sticks
Ingredients
  
  • 2 cups Fruit frozen or fresh
  • 2 tbsp Raw honey or maple syrup
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (we love vanilla)
Instructions
 
Prep/Freezer Directions:
  • Grab silicone popsicle molds, have popsicle sticks on hand if necessary.
  • Blend fruit in a high-speed blender until nearly liquid.
  • Add together into a large bowl, yogurt, blended fruit and honey.
  • Mix together as much or as little as you like.
  • Pour into popsicle molds and freeze.
