- 2 links sweet Italian sausage removed from casings
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 45 oz marinara
- 16 oz cheese ravioli
- 4 cup mozzarella cheese
- Prepare a gallon freezer bag, labeling according to your preferred method.
- Brown ground beef and ground sausage together in a large skillet. After cooking set aside to cool before placing in gallon freezer bag.
- Add all ingredients, except mozzarella, into a gallon freezer bag. (Remember cooked meat should be cool before going into freezer bag).
- Seal bag, removing as much air as possible, and freeze for up to three months.
- Thaw freezer bag in fridge 12-24 hours before cooking.
- Dump contents of gallon freezer bag into slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 3 hours, top lasagna off with mozzarella cheese during the last 30 minutes of cook time.
- Serve and enjoy! (Optional: Garnish with fresh parsley)
- Dump the contents of the freezer bag into the Instant Pot, add 1/2 cup water.
- Set to High Pressure for 5 minutes, followed by a quick release.Â
- After releasing the pressure and removing the lid, sprinkle the top of the lasagna with mozzarella cheese.
- Once the cheese is melted and bubbly, your Lazy Lasagna Ravioli is ready.
