  • 2 Head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 29 oz Chickpeas 2 cans (14.5 oz)
  • 4 tsp Cumin
  • 4 tsp Salt
  • 4 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp Black pepper
  • 6 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
 
Prep/Freezer Directions
  • Prepare a gallon freezer bag, labeling according to your preferred method.
  • Add all ingredients into the freezer bag, then shake the bag to coat all ingredients.
  • Seal the bag, removing as much air as possible, and freeze for up to three months.
Sheet Pan | Cooking Directions
  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Cover with parchment paper a large baking pan with a lip. Dump the contents of the freezer bag onto the baking pan.
  • Cook in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  • Stir, then cook for an additional 20-25 minutes.
