  • 2-3 lbs Chicken breasts 1-inch cubed pieces
  • 2 cups Baby carrots
  • 1 Large parsnips peeled and sliced into 1-inch pieces
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
Sauce: (Whisk together)
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Prep/freezer directions:
  • Prepare a gallon freezer bag, labeling according to your preferred method.
  • Whisk together sauce ingredients and pour into a quart size freezer bag.
  • Add all remaining ingredients into a labeled gallon freezer bag, shake to fully coat ingredients, place quart freezer bag containing sauce into gallon bag.
  • Seal bag, removing as much air as possible an freeze for up to three months.
Oven cooking directions:
  • Thaw freezer bag in fridge 12-24 hours before cooking.
  • Preheat oven to 400F.
  • Cover a large deep baking pan with parchment paper. Dump freezer bag contents onto baking pan.
  • Cook in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
  • Stir in sauce packet with cooked chicken, and root vegetables, serve and enjoy!
