- 1 1/2 cups Carrots shredded
- 3 ribs Celery diced
- 12-16 oz Ham steak cubed
- 1 tsp Dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 2 Bay leaves
- 2 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 cups Chicken broth
- 2 cups Water
- Prepare a gallon freezer bag, labeling according to your preferred method.

- Thaw overnight in the fridge or in the morning in water ( meal may not be 100% thawed but that is okay)
