Add beef, salsa, and taco seasoning to the freezer bag.
Seal bag, removing as much air as possible, and freeze for up to three months.

Thaw freezer bag in the fridge 12-24 hours before cooking.
Dump the contents of the freezer bag into a slow cooker.
Cook on high for 2-3 hours.
Mince beef in slow cooker and stir.
