  • 1 gallon freezer bag
  • 1 Large deep baking pan
  • Parchment Paper
Ingredients
  
  • 2-3 lbs Chicken breasts cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 12 oz Frozen mixed vegetables bag
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
Sauce Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Prep/Freezer Directions
  • Prepare a gallon freezer bag, labeling according to your preferred method.
  • Whisk sauce ingredients together. Pour into a snack-sized Ziploc bag and seal, then place into a quart-sized freezer bag.
  • Add all remaining ingredients to a gallon-sized freezer bag, then seal and shake to evenly coat ingredients.
  • Place quart-sized freezer bag (containing sauce) into the gallon-sized freezer bag.
  • Seal bag, removing as much air as possible, and freeze for up to three months.
Oven Cooking Directions:
  • Thaw freezer bag in  in fridge 12-24 hours before cooking.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Cover a large, deep baking pan with parchment paper. Dump the contents of the freezer bag onto the pan.
  • Cook in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
  • Place chicken and vegetables in a bowl, stirring in the sauce packet to evenly coat. Serve and enjoy!
