  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese Shredded

  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

  • Label 9×13 pan/dish with recipe name and cooking directions according to your preferred labeling method.
  • In a skillet brown Italian sausage and set aside to cool.
  • Mix remaining ingredients in 9×13 pan, then stir in the browned Italian sausage once cooled.
  • Cover and freeze for up to 3 months.
Oven Cooking Directions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Remove Sausage and Peppers Baked Pasta from freezer and place in preheated oven covered with aluminum foil. Cook for 40 minutes.
  • Uncover and cook an additional 20-30 minutes.
  • Remove from oven, allow to rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
