How to make this Whole 30 Chicken Pot Pie Soup!
Whole 30 Chicken Pot Pie Soup
- 1 medium Onion Diced
- 3 Carrots Diced
- 3 Stalks Celery Diced
- 2 Potatoes Chopped
- 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Poultry Seasoning
- 2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 Cups Raw Chicken
- 1 Cup Raw Cashews Soaked and Blended
- 4 Cups Broth
- 2 Cups Frozen Peas
- Label your gallon freezer bag with recipe and expiration date.
- Add all ingredients to the freezer bag, except broth and frozen peas.
- Remove as much air as possible from freezer bag
- Seal freezer bag tightly
- Add all ingredients into your slow cooker.
- Add 4 cups of broth
- Add 2 cups of frozen peas
- Cook on low 7-8 Hours, or high 4-5 hours.
This recipe is really simple to make into a freezer meal. Simply prep all the veggies together as instructed, add them into a pre-labeled gallon freezer bag.
Leave out the broth and the frozen peas. Remove as much air as possible from the freezer bag and seal tightly.
This recipe is super simple to prep, especially if you have a chopper like the one that I used in this video. This chopped saved me so much time during my prep time.
After you dice all of your veggies, simply add all the ingredients into your slow cooker, add your spices, add your broth and frozen peas, and then cook on low for 7-8 hours. Enjoy the smell of this delicious Chicken Pot Pie Soup as it cooks throughout the day.
