- 1 High speed blender
- 1 Silicone popsicle molds
- Optional: Popsicle Sticks
- 2 cups Fruit frozen or fresh
- 2 tbsp Raw honey or maple syrup
- 2 cups Greek yogurt (we love vanilla)
- Grab silicone popsicle molds, have popsicle sticks on hand if necessary.
- Blend fruit in a high-speed blender until nearly liquid.
- Add together into a large bowl, yogurt, blended fruit and honey.
- Mix together as much or as little as you like.
